The Battle Simulations Lead is a critical position within Agile Defense, responsible for developing and implementing realistic training scenarios for intelligence professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern and legacy Army and Joint battle simulations systems, as well as a strong background in scenario development and ingestion/digitization of scenarios into battle simulations systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex battle simulations that accurately model real-world intelligence challenges and operational environments.
- Collaborate with software developers, simulation designers, and other technical experts to ensure smooth and effective implementation of battle simulations.
- Deliver constructive battle simulations into the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of battle simulations in achieving training objectives, including collecting data on student performance, analyzing exercise outcomes, and making recommendations for improvement.
