SUMMARY
Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. Conducts tests, evaluates, and verifies software to determine compliance with defined specifications and / or requirements. Records all findings and document results.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates knowledge in a variety of the test and evaluation (T&E) concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Applies common T&E practices that include identification of capability requirements review, conducting data collection, validation and analysis of data, reporting clear and understandable results, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the operational effectiveness of system tested.
- Design and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to verify functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track defects in the testing process.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
- Retest and verify fixed defects.
- Analyze test results and document findings.
- Identify potential risks and issues during the testing process.
- Attends various teleconferences, meetings and working groups.
