Agile Defense is seeking a highly skilled Unified Communication Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall health of technologies associated with the Enterprise Messaging environment, providing Microsoft Enterprise Exchange operational configuration management support, and resolving Tier III messaging tickets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in messaging and directory services, with experience configuring aspects of and providing messaging support to the Microsoft Enterprise Exchange environment.
• Support the overall health of technologies associated with the Enterprise Messaging environment.
• Provide Microsoft Enterprise Exchange operational configuration management support.
• Resolve Tier III messaging tickets.
• Configure Antivirus products and HBSS as they relate to Exchange Servers.
• Ensure that any latency is identified and mitigated/remediated upon discovery in accordance with required response times.
• Monitor availability of system upgrades.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7 years related experience with Microsoft Exchange.
