- Consulting and Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to delve into client requirements and align software solutions with their strategic goals.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Analysis and Design:
- Conduct gap analyses to identify client needs and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
- Market and Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify competitor strengths and weaknesses and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
