Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and engaging candidates to making offers and closing positions;
• Partner with hiring managers: define roles, align expectations, and support decision-making;
• Build strong relationships: earn trust from candidates, hiring managers, and the internal team;
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels: job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies;
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline: keep track of interactions and ensure a smooth recruitment process;
• Stay ahead of industry trends: monitor the job market, talent movement, and emerging hiring strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• 6 months of IT recruitment experience: you’ve worked in the tech industry and understand its hiring landscape;
• Recruitment expertise: deep understanding of the full-cycle hiring process and modern search tools;
• Strong sourcing skills: experience with direct search, passive candidate engagement, and market research;
• Excellent communication & people skills: ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively;
• Detail-oriented & results-driven: you stay organized and keep moving toward the goal;
• Intermediate English: comfortable communicating with foreign candidates and hiring managers.
