Responsibilities
- Audit current our current analytics implementation and dashboards;
- Define the analytics, reporting strategy and execution;
- You have experience supporting product teams with metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and customer segmentation;
- You can dive into data to extract insights and provide relevant recommendations to business teams;
- You are an expert in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude;
- You are capable of designing interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools;
- You have a background in data analysis including A/B Testing and regression analysis
- You are comfortable with defining new data collection methods to measure product performance;
- You are comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to define data capture needs;
- Communicate regularly across stakeholders;
- Upper-Intermediate English Proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems;
- 4 years of experience in product analysis;
- Understanding of software development methodologies;
- Experience with user research and data analysis;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- You can juggle multiple projects, effectively working with senior members of the team to prioritize and focus on the most impactful work;
- You are curious, optimistic, and a creative problem-solver. You embrace the unknown and are able to adapt to shifts in priorities;
- You look outside your day-to-day to ensure you are learning and growing;
- Follow-through: you say what you’ll do, and do what you say. You don’t let details slip.
