Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum best practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure team efficiency and productivity.
Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile execution.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification.
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
