As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced In-House Corporate Counsel to join our team and provide strategic guidance and support across a range of corporate legal matters.The In-House Corporate Counsel will play a critical role in providing assistance and guidance to our business and corporate practice team supporting a variety of corporate transactions and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality legal services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team and make a meaningful impact on the success of the company.Compensation : Salary range $90K - $115KLocation : RemoteHere's what an ordinary day of work might look like : Provide subject matter support on a wide range of corporate matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on issues and provide clear and practical guidance to practice groups.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.Assist with operational efforts related to corporate transactions, including practice guides, procedural summaries, templates, and best practices.Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's business and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.What you will need to be successful : Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.3 years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on corporate transactions and general corporate matters.This job is for you if : You have a strong understanding of corporate formations, capital markets, governance, and other relevant areas of corporate law.You are excellent at drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.You are dedicated and thoughtful about your work and team.You are highly relational, with excellent in-person and telephone manner.You highly value teamwork and collaboration.You are well-organized.You are self-motivated.You have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.Benefits : Medical, dental, visionCompany-paid life insurance401(k)Variable incentive compensation bonus11 holiday daysPTOSeniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : Full-timeJob function : LegalIndustries : Technology, Information and InternetWhat are you waiting for?
