Position Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner will provide guidance and insights to support management in making informed talent decisions and equip our teams with tools they'll need to deliver quality patient care and grow the company. Working across the organization, the ideal candidate will manage the execution of HR projects that include managing employee relations, employee engagement and development. To thrive in this role, the HRBP will have extensive experience building and growing relationships within the organization, leading strategic projects and working in complex, high-growth environments (especially in a decentralized environment) to work towards and achieve business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct human resource initiatives to include talent management, employee relations, workforce engagement and workforce development to support the achievement of business outcomes.
- Partner with management to proactively diagnose and identify future people-related business needs and translate into achievable action plans. Advise management on related risks, balancing legal requirements with business requirements.
- Deliver day-to-day HR services and guidance to Clinic Managers, including coaching and training site management in sensitive issues.
- Ensure compliance with Agile policies, processes and practices. Maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws. Role model Agile ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.
- Ensure Workers Compensation claims are managed effectively and timely.
- Other directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of progressive experience in HR with 5 years of investigation and employee relations expertise.
- Previous HR BP roles in a high-growth, fast-paced business; exposure to and expertise in building various HR functions (Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR technology, Benefits Administration, etc.)
- Experience with developing infrastructure across multiple sites and scaling practices and procedures
- Proven experience in project management and leading /designing /deploying /implementing critical HR initiatives.
- High degree of business acumen; strong fiscal aptitude.
- Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Role requires self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred, demonstrating the unique challenges of the healthcare environment.
- Previous experience with ADP a plus.
- Role will require up to 35% travel to clinics

- Robust written/ verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver consistent results for the business and bring initiatives to successful completion.
Compensation:
- Starting compensation range $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
