Position Summary:
The Provider Services Manager oversees staffing, scheduling, and labor-related operations to ensure adequate provider levels across all locations in compliance with labor laws. This role collaborates closely with clinical and operations teams to maintain efficient provider care while balancing cost management and quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Alongside Chief Medical Officer, Manage provider schedule and performance to ensure proper coverage and productivity expectations across all clinics.
- Create and oversee 90-day consolidated provider schedules to meet patient care demands while adhering to staffing budgets and compliance with labor and healthcare regulations.
- Manage time off requests and pivoting as needed to schedule changes such as unexpected absences or emergency deployments.
- Utilize and leverage scheduling systems to optimize labor allocation.
- Develop and refine provider support processes, such as scheduling optimization and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with ops and clinical teams in tracking and reporting provider performance metrics; suggest solutions for optimal patient scheduling or workflow.
- Assess patient volume levels in managing adequate provider coverage; make recommendations for headcount volume.
- In collaboration with HR, offer provider retention initiatives and track employee satisfaction.
- Make travel arrangements and handle itineraries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field required.
- Prior experience in healthcare scheduling or healthcare operations
- Experience with healthcare or workforce scheduling tools
- Strong Calendar Management and advance Excel skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to develop scheduling strategies and address any challenges that may arise.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Salary:
Starting compensation range $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
