We’re looking for a motivated and charismatic Business Development / Sales Representative to
join our growing team. This role is all about connecting with potential clients, understanding
their marketing needs, and showing them how we can elevate their brand.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in line with agency goals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.
- Present tailored advertising and marketing solutions to clients
- Collaborate with the internal team (creative, strategy, media) to develop proposals and
- pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain client relationships for upselling and renewals
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in advertising,
- marketing, or media
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Knowledge of marketing/advertising industry trends is a must
Preferred Skills:
- Bi-lingual Preferrred
- Knowledge of direct mail is a plus
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
