We’re looking for a motivated and charismatic Business Development / Sales Representative to

join our growing team. This role is all about connecting with potential clients, understanding

their marketing needs, and showing them how we can elevate their brand.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in line with agency goals
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.
  • Present tailored advertising and marketing solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with the internal team (creative, strategy, media) to develop proposals and
  • pitches
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain client relationships for upselling and renewals
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in advertising,
  • marketing, or media
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of marketing/advertising industry trends is a must

Preferred Skills:

  • Bi-lingual Preferrred
  • Knowledge of direct mail is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
