POSITION SUMMARY
The Commissions Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire agent and agency payment lifecycle at Agility Insurance Services. This role provides leadership and direction to both the Commissions Processing Specialists-who manage override compensation agreements, commission calculations, reconciliations, and postings-and the Commissions Advocacy Specialists-who coordinate with agents and carriers to resolve commission discrepancies. The Commissions Program Manager will ensure the accuracy of payments, maintain high service standards, streamline processes, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
