Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

Pay: $29/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and executive updates.
• Manage and update content for employee communication programs.
• Assist with the operational aspects of communication initiatives, including maintaining editorial calendars and document routing.
• Collaborate with the communications team to craft internal and external messaging.
• Edit and refine communications to ensure clarity and adherence to style guidelines.
• Coordinate the distribution of materials and manage content for our intranet.
• Help organize employee events and town hall meetings.
• Utilize digital tools to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Create reports and presentations to showcase communication outcomes.
• Offer ideas to enhance existing communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or journalism with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
