We're looking for a Technician, Electrical & Mechanical to support prototype and early production builds of an innovative power generation system. This hands-on role involves assembling, fabricating, and tuning cutting-edge generator technology to precise specifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and refine low-volume motor systems, including coil winding, electrical connections, and mechanical testing
- Assemble advanced engines, ensuring precision alignment and top performance
- Work with and without schematics in early development programs
- Troubleshoot and optimize engine systems for peak efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance processes
- Train and mentor fellow technicians on best assembly practices
