Our innovative client in the healthcare and compliance industry is looking for a sharp Technical Program Manager to join their team!
Location: 100% Remote. Candidates must be local to the United States.
Role type: Permanent, with a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonus
Here is what you will be doing:
- Play a pivotal role in launching a SaaS technical solution to a top client
- Drive end-to-end program and project launch, including support and post-implementation phases
- Manage client relationships and scope changes
- Provide C-level reporting to both the company and the client
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, Scrum Masters)
- Understand Medicaid business processes and government regulations
- Translate agile schedules into waterfall project plans
- Manage project risks and issues
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- 5 years of proven program/project management experience
- Strong understanding of the pillars of program and project management
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: Medicaid, Medicare, government healthcare regulations, medical insurance, government insurance, private insurance.
- Experience with SaaS product delivery and global team management
- Strong customer-facing skills and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
