Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing test cases, writing test scripts, and ensuring traceability throughout the testing process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a high level of importance and accuracy.
- Develop new test cases and rewrite existing ones to ensure comprehensive coverage of system requirements.
- Actively write test scripts and test cases, emphasizing the importance of traceability.
- Generate ad-hoc reports detailing testing defects and issues.
- Utilize DevOps testing tools (or similar tools such as ServiceNow) to manage and track test cases.
- Work within the Bwise application (or similar CRM platforms like Salesforce), gaining familiarity with the system and its functionalities.
- Collaborate with the team to dive into and understand system requirements for effective testing.
- Work closely with team members, including Business Analysts and Scrum Masters.
