As an Area Manager you will be responsible for overseeing event and promotion operations across multiple venues within your assigned region. Your primary goal will be to ensure successful execution of events, product sales, drive brand awareness, and meet business objectives. You will manage and support a team of Product Specialists who are directly involved in event execution and product promotions and sales. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.
The key accountabilities will include but not limited to :
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and supervise a team of Product Specialists across multiple venues, ensuring high levels of performance, motivation, and engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to ensure skill development and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment that aligns with company values and objectives.
Event and Promotion Management
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities at various venues within your designated area.
- Ensure events and promotions are executed efficiently and meet brand standards, client expectations, and business goals.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure a seamless event experience for both internal teams and customers.
Venue Oversight
- Regularly visit and assess venues to monitor event setups, promotions, and general operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with venue managers and key stakeholders to ensure the success of each event and product launch.
- Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Sales and Performance Monitoring
- Track event performance and promotional success, providing regular updates to senior management on key metrics (sales targets, audience engagement, etc.).
- Implement strategies to improve promotional effectiveness and drive product sales through strategic event placements and customer engagement tactics.
Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on event performance, team progress, and operational challenges.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resources for events and promotions, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting business objectives.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company and its products at events, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality customer interactions.
- Work closely with marketing teams to integrate promotional materials, product demonstrations, and brand activations into events.

Achieving Product Sales Goals: Successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets for promoted products at each event and across all venues.
Team Performance: Leading and motivating the team of Product Specialists to engage customers effectively, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and drive product awareness.
Driving Revenue Growth: Maximizing the sales potential of each event by ensuring optimal product visibility and customer interaction.
Strategic Execution: Effectively planning and executing events that align with sales objectives and business goals, ensuring every event is a sales opportunity.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously tracking event and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and refining strategies to enhance future outcomes.
Measurable Results: Delivering consistent, measurable business results by optimizing promotional activities and achieving key performance metrics
About you:
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in event management, promotions, or a similar field, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations is highly preferred.
- Strong background in consumer engagement, sales promotions, and managing large-scale events.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to create and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure effective use of resources.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
