Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Operations and Merchandising Specialist to join our retail marketing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail orientated, tech savoy, and professional.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels
- Provide stock distribution and product management
- Help maintain all technical equipment and devices
- Provide support with uniforms, event kits and materials ensuring quality and maintenance.
- Support Creative team in set up and break down of event/retail activations
- Clean and organize merchandise areas to maintain a tidy shopping environment.
- Supervise and train team members on merchandising best practices and visual standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Assist in training development programs for new hires focusing on merchandising techniques
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines for product launches and seasonal displays.
Requirements
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail in product presentation.
- Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments effectively.
- Background in events/promotions/merchandising
This role will require transportation and the ability to move products/materials around the territory.
