Job Title: Radiology Technician
Location: Santa Fe NM 87505
Duration: Base Year (12 months) with 4 one-year option periods (12- months)
Start Date: July 1st 2025
Shift Schedule: Will be 8:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday (40 Hours in week)
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor Science degree or Associates degree with 2 years’ experience or more.
Certifications: BLS, and shall hold a current license in general radiographic and certified in mammography from an approved FDA.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiology Technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of medical imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and mammography, ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate findings to physicians.
- Prepare patients for imaging exams, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in Level I and II Trauma Centers, providing support in urgent care and emergency situations.
- Uphold aseptic techniques and demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $33.57 - $40.43 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
