Location: Chinle, AZ - Federal Client
Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon – Fri, $40hrs/week)
Duration: Short term (13 weeks), Long term (1 - 4 years)
Start date: Feb 2025

Summary
As an RN Operating Room, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. Reporting to the surgical team, your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and catheterization will ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your premium experience with EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner, along with critical care expertise, will enhance the efficiency of the operating room. Additionally, your relevant skills in airway management and specimen collection will support the surgical process. Qualifications
- Current RN License
- Proven experience in an Operating Room setting
- Proficiency in catheterization and IV insertion
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems for patient documentation
- Expertise in patient assessment and airway management
- Familiarity with surgical procedures and protocols
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
- Perform catheterization and IV insertion as required, adhering to established protocols.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate patient documentation and assessment.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments pre- and post-surgery, including airway management.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a sterile environment and assist in various surgical tasks.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to any changes in patient condition during procedures.

Pay: $65.63 - $70.33 per hour
