We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Support Analyst / Administrator with a strong emphasis on customer service, problem-solving, and policy governance. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can troubleshoot technical issues with minimal supervision while ensuring customers meet critical government compliance deadlines for public schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks, including customer inquiries, software support, and compliance reminders.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly or track escalated cases, keeping clients informed.
- Assist customers with secure file sharing, software navigation, and user permission setups.
- Troubleshoot login issues, reset passwords, and guide users in uploading files to the software.
- Communicate software issue resolution timelines clearly to customers.
- Proactively remind customers of compliance deadlines and guide them through necessary steps.
- Help customers navigate enterprise software to maximize its functionality.
- Ask insightful questions to remove roadblocks and enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
