Job Title : Machine Learning Operations Engineer

Location : Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)

Compensation : Up to $145K Base Salary Stock Options (flexibility for exceptional candidates)

About The Opportunity :

We are seeking a hands-on ML Ops Engineer to manage and optimize machine learning systems and pipelines in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong computer science fundamentals, a passion for machine learning operations, and the ability to work across teams to ensure seamless system performance. Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain ML pipelines and systems.
• Oversee ransomware acquisition pipelines, including detonation and analysis services.
• Perform recurring tasks such as generating reports of newly detonated ransomware images and routine system administration.
• Manage cloud services, log management, and data collection / reporting operations.
• Collect, analyze, and report on internally acquired data, including data acquisition and web crawling tasks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models.
• Provide technical leadership within assigned areas of responsibility.
