Job Description :
As a Software Manager, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers and one or two QA engineers. Your role will combine technical expertise and leadership, requiring you to work alongside the engineering team in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include :
- Providing technical coaching, performance feedback, and leadership to improve processes.
- Conducting design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new engineers to build a strong team.
- Ensuring accountability for software released to production.
