Job Title : Project Coordinator
Job Location : Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Job Description / Requirement :
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and reports.
- Track progress, risks, and milestones.
- Organize and monitor documentation, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure timelines and deliverables.
- Manage action items, resources, and team dependencies.
- Act as liaison between the Project Manager, teams, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, support the PM, and prepare communication materials.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and changes.
- Assign and track tasks, ensuring teams stay on schedule.
- Manage resource allocation and budget tracking.
- Conduct bi-weekly timesheet audits and assist with adjustments.
- Identify and escalate risks / issues, maintaining a risk log.
- Ensure action plans are in place for mitigation and resolution.
- Support teams in completing SUITE documentation per the Tailoring Plan.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and manage scope changes.
- Conduct impact analyses for schedule and budget changes, supporting Change Requests.
