Business Analyst
Our client in the transportation industry is looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join their team!
Location : This role will have a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite per week in Cary, NC with 1 day per week as remote.
Rate : $38 - $43 / hour W2
Here's what you'll be doing :
- Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring customer success.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements, translating them into user stories.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conducting user acceptance testing and lead product launches.
- Providing product support and training to customers.
- Analyzing data and identifying areas for product improvement.
Here's what our ideal candidate has :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of relevant professional IT experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, etc.
Experience analyzing and working with data.
Basic SQL skills are required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the transportation industry or logistics is a plus.
Experience with Python is a plus.
