Automated testing for payroll and timekeeping compliance.About the Role : Agilea Solutions is seeking a results-driven hands-on Head of Marketing to accelerate our growth through robust lead generation efforts, growing our brand awareness, digital and social media, SEO, in-person and virtual events, and the necessary collateral to support all aspects of Agilea Solutions’ business needs across Sales, Talent, Partnerships and Product. The Head of Marketing will be instrumental in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive qualified leads for both our customer acquisition and specialist recruitment efforts. This is a hands-on position that requires close collaboration with Sales and Talent teams to create, execute, and optimize programs that deliver measurable business results.

  • Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a small marketing team while maintaining hands-on execution across all marketing initiativesProvide day-to-day guidance and training to junior / intermediate team membersBuild foundational marketing processes and workflows to support team developmentFoster a culture of learning and continuous improvementStrategy & PlanningOwn the strategy and execution of Marketing for both Workerbee and TestAssureDefine OKR’s and KPI’s that align to the revenue growth, profitability and brand awareness goals of the companyOwn end-to-end lead generation strategy and execution for dual audiences : enterprise customers and technical / consulting specialistsDevelop clear data-driven KPIs and ROI metricsCreate comprehensive content strategies that attract and convert both enterprise customers and top-tier specialistsLead Generation : Develop and execute strategies for email campaigns, event-based campaigns, webinars, partnerships, thought leadership, social media, etc.Drive all activities through existing systems (e.g. HubSpot for Sales), leverage automation and AI where possible, and bring new ideas to the companyWebsite, Assets, Collateral : Build new collateral, or refresh existing collateral if appropriate, to support Agilea’s 2025 vision, offerings, partnerships, etc. to meet the goals aboveParticipate and possibly lead efforts to improve and maintain websites and landing pagesLeverage video, AI, etc. wherever possible or strategicSocial Media : Monitor industry trends and identify new channels / approaches for audience engagementSupport Talent & Sales to produce consistent content on social media to drive brand awareness, inbound interest and ultimately leads for both Talent & SalesCollaboration : Partner with product, sales, and talent teams to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Work with Talent, Sales, Product and Operations to ensure seamless lead tracking, lead scoring, qualification efforts, nurturing, handoffs, etc. in existing systems

    Design and execute marketing automation workflows that effectively nurture leads through the funnel

    Lead the planning and execution of targeted events, webinars, and digital campaigns

    Develop compelling content across all channels that drive measurable inbound interest

    Performance & OperationsEstablish comprehensive reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion ratesManage and optimize marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on all initiativesPartner with Talent and Sales to continuously gather feedback and optimize lead generation strategiesSEO : Improve SEO results as budget and prioritization allows

  • What You'll Bring to the Role :
  • 10 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated hands-on execution in demand generationProven track record of mentoring junior / intermediate marketing team members while maintaining strong individual contributionExpertise in building and optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing programsDeep understanding of marketing analytics and experience setting up reporting frameworksContent creation and campaign development skills across multiple channelsExperience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROIExcellent project management and process development abilitiesPrior experience marketing to both enterprise customers and professional talent / consultants preferredProficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systemsBackground in high-growth or startup environmentsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
