Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
Prepares correspondence, reports, etc.
Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves routine and complex inquiries.
Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures.
Applies comprehensive knowledge of the job and company policies to complete a wide range of complex tasks that require analysis and creative problem-solving.
Classification into this job family requires the incumbent to report to a member of the CEO Staff.
Qualifications
Requires Associate degree and / or higher education, specialized training / certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6 years relevant experience.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
