Job Description
Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday (subject to change based on volume needs)
Primary Purpose : Responsible for receiving, handling, and processing materials in the Memphis Regional Logistics Center while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate in a team-oriented environment, assisting various departments as needed.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against delivery manifests and purchase orders.
- Unload, move, and store materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and other power devices.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure materials are accurately received, picked, packed, and shipped to designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by completing 5S plans and performing general housekeeping tasks.
- Support process improvements to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Work scheduled overtime, including occasional weekends, based on volume demands.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.64 / hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
