Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, GMP manufacturing environment supporting the growing field of oligonucleotide-based therapeutics. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for manufacturing, utility, and laboratory equipment in a GMP environment.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance (PM), correctine maintenance, emergency repairs, spare parts management, and electronic asset tracking.
- Author and review GMP documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs.
- Support and troubleshoot systems using industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA, BAS).
- Evaluate, inspect, and maintain fluid handling, thermal control, and electrical systems, including pumps, agitators, piping systems, and automated valves.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Document maintenance activities accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, lock-out / tag-out, and work permits as necessary.
