As such, the successful candidate will be involved in a next generation product development incorporating latest technologies to provide value to the customer.
Responsibilities include :
- Design and development of products, components, processes, and systems using a range of engineering concepts and research techniques.
- Lead / contribute to engineering efforts from design to implementation, solving complex technical challenges around developer and engineering productivity and velocity.
- Analyze and decompose complex software systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design for testability.
- Use product and customer application knowledge to determine, define, develop, and validate design concepts and methods.
- Facilitate transition of product design and enhancements to full production / delivery using Agile / SCRUM development methodologies.
This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to be in the office in Santa Clara from Tuesday through Thursday and work remotely on Monday and Friday.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $163,008.00 - $254,700.00 / yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
