Position : Engineer
Location : Elkton, VA
Pay Rate : $28 - $33 / HR
Qualifications :
B.S. or M.S. degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Biological Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Integrated Science, or related disciplines.
1-3 years of relevant industrial experience.
Must have no known allergy to Beta Lactam.

Heavily Preferred Experience :
Experience working in a cGMP environment.
Work, co-op, or internship experience in industry.
Familiarity with CAPA, deviation, technical writing, and change control processes is a plus.
Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for sterile manufacturing processes, including data analysis, troubleshooting, and shop-floor support.
Support change control implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Learn new processes and procedures to enhance production efficiency.
Perform shift work as needed (minimal).
Conduct technical investigations, analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
Write, review, and improve operational procedures for equipment and processes.
Contribute to process and equipment safety reviews.
Additional Information :
This position involves a mix of 50% floor support and 50% desk work.
Candidates should have strong collaboration skills, be flexible, and think creatively.
