We are currently looking for a Production Intern at our Plainsboro, NJ office.

Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Using standard operating procedures, run oils & fine fragrances on GC/MS
- Perform extractions on finished products to identify a fragrance’s composition. Prepare output for perfumer review.
- Change gas tanks as needed to ensure efficient operation of machinery.
- Maintain basic operation on GC/MS, including routine troubleshooting. Be familiar with machines to be able to diagnose bigger issues and surface to managers.
- Update mass spectral library on GC with new materials from vendors.
- Labels samples appropriately and documents testing appropriately.

You Bring
- Pursuing a degree in a scientific or Chemistry discipline preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
