Responsibilities :
- Financial Modeling & Analysis : Develop and review detailed and complex financial models, including project-level forecasts, leverage sizing, sensitivity analyses, and return assessments.
- Ensure models accurately capture the nuances of renewable energy projects and financial structures.
- Transaction Execution : Collaborate with Transactions colleagues and participate in the execution of M&A deals, financings, tax equity investments, and asset acquisitions / dispositions.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and project teams to ensure seamless transaction closings.
- Strategic Presentations : Prepare high-quality investment memos, presentations, and detailed financial analyses for senior leadership and the board of directors.
- Negotiation & Coordination : Actively participate in negotiations with counterparties in financing and asset acquisition / sell transactions.
- Coordinate and manage the negotiation of transaction documents with legal counsel and internal teams.
- Stakeholder & Investor Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including significant investors, developers, lenders, and tax equity partners.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., transaction, accounting, development, interconnection, EPC, operations, and legal) to drive efficiency in processes and ensure successful deal execution.
