Human Resources Benefits and Total Rewards Intern - Summer 2025

Join Agiliti as a Human Resources Benefits and Total Rewards Intern and embark on a dynamic journey into the Total Rewards and Employee Benefit Programs. This internship offers a prime opportunity for aspiring professionals in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience and invaluable insights.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Total Rewards/Benefits Team in managing employee benefit programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
• Provide timely service to employees on benefits-related inquiries, manage the benefits inbox, phone line, Service Now requests, and voicemails.
• Distribute benefits educational materials to new employees and support the onboarding process.
• Monitor vendor emails for required actions or errors.
• Handle benefit-related mailings to current and former employees.
• Perform special projects for the Total Rewards team.
• Provide backup support for department colleagues as needed.
• Keep the manager informed of important developments and potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a 4-year undergraduate in Human Resources, or a related field (Junior/Senior student).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain confidentiality with utmost discretion.

Requirements:

• College student pursuing degree in Human Resources or an applicable field of study
• Must be available for the duration of the program from 5/27/25 - 8/15/25
