What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Agiliti?
The Customer Account Coordinator establishes and maintains relationships with key customer accounts. Processes orders from those customers, provides a point of contact for key stakeholders. Administers third party billing and collection activities for those key customers.
SHIFTS: Monday - Friday, 10am-7pm
SCHEDULE: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain patient medical records in software platform.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts, creating patient orders, communicating with various fields and corporate teams to facilitate deliveries of goods and services to patients.
- Administer third party billing by working with payers for proper adherence to specific billing and payment requirements.
- Resolves denied or under-reimbursed payments and manages accounts receivable aging balances.
- Gathers and compiles data for operational, financial, and quality management reporting
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and all other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel to accomplish daily tasks.
- Demonstrates strong communications skills (listening, writing, and speaking).
- Complies with patient privacy laws and company policies in all matters.
- Maintains and projects confidence, enthusiasm, and professional image.
- Customer focused; willing to go above and beyond to provide positive customer outcomes.
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Understands and uses effective conflict resolution skills in addressing billing or service concerns.
- Able to receive and process high volumes of incoming orders, phone calls, messages, and faxes.
- Possesses excellent phone skills, typing skills, and ability enter and maintain data within a reasonable error rate.
- Familiar with general office equipment including phones, personal computers, copiers, scanners, and printers.
- Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time
- Effectively manages schedules, plans for meetings, and communicates effectively with various audiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
