At the conclusion of your internship, you will present your project to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates are in their Junior or Senior year of their Bachelor program, or pursuing an advanced degree
- Creative problem solving
- Excellent communication
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentially and professionalism.
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail
Description of internship project and scope of work (1 or 2 large projects with a few smaller projects to accompany), these are large projects where the intern will be working with a team of people cross-functionally
o Failure analysis of all contracted devices. Identifying devices of low failure rates over a 3-year period. Identifying PM cost vs. contract cost. Calculate risk vs. contract. Develop plan to remove equipment from contract to risk.
o Identify age of contracted equipment. Work with OEM’s to determine the age of the contracted equipment. Work with OEM’s to determine the useful life of the individual equipment. Identify and trend equipment contract and vendor T&M costs by age group.
