Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Application Development Advisor to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. The Application Development Advisor will be responsible for researching and evaluating alternative solutions, recommending efficient application programming solutions, and developing, documenting, and following standard coding practices. They will also conduct comprehensive testing to prevent re-work and provide consultation to business units and IT management on data integration processes and data management.

Designing new or modified code development, conducting tests, debugging, and documenting programs.
Coordinating with systems analysts and other developers on technical delivery.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications :
5 years of advanced T-SQL with expertise in complex JOINs, subqueries, stored procedures, indexes, temp tables, and CTEs; proficiency in MS SQL is essential.
3 years of experience in functional testing, regression / negative testing, intermediate to advanced SSRS, SSIS, and unit / functional testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Familiarity with Teradata, Medicare / Medicaid, medical and coding terminology, SNP Model of Care, Health Services / Medical Management / Population Health.
