Communications Specialist (Process Improvement Training and Communication)
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Training and Development Manager to fill an open position with one of our retail clients. This exciting opportunity involves leading the development of process-improvement training and communication materials, and establishing key partnerships within the company. The role requires a strong background in instructional design and project management to ensure timely rollouts and effective training solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the training team in designing company-wide training materials such as toolkits, broadcasts, and web-based learning modules.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate departments, division leadership, and associates to ensure successful development and rollout of training solutions.
- Facilitate working sessions to develop current and future-state training processes.
- Collaborate with Corporate Training and Development to create and review training materials using best instructional learning practices.
