Responsibilities :
- Architect, design, and implement multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Personalization tools
- Integrate the Salesforce platform with other systems to create comprehensive customer profiles
- Maintain and update site mapping in alignment with internal client website changes
- Train internal teams on platform best practices and guide them on campaign implementation
