Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Ansible Engineer position with one of our Banking clients. In this dynamic role you will focus on the operational and execution aspects of Infrastructure Automations. We are seeking a candidate with a passionate focus on team partnership to provide optimal services and solutions in a fast paced environment. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, teamwork and communication-oriented individual with strong accountability with attention to details.
Assist with building Automation frameworks and guardrails for teams to set up automations in their respective space.
Create, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles that automate various tasks, configurations, and deployments.
Maintain and update the centralized inventory of managed hosts and resources.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to provide proactive support and recommendations.
Analyzes scope of solutions and makes decision about area implementation based on experience and technical expertise.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would bring the following :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code and automation
Hands on design and development experience in Ansible automation
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Quality Focused with Attention to Detail
Excellent consulting, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations, run with the initiative / issue, determine paths of action, remediate problems / issues aligned with assignments, and make recommendations to remediate problems / issues dependent on other teams
