The VMO Governance Analyst is responsible for contributing to the development, support, and maintenance of VMO governance, tooling, workforce enablement, and reporting initiatives. They participate in continuous improvement efforts, monitor and report on compliance with VMO standards, policies, and processes, and participate in the delivery of training.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Support delivery and maintenance of existing programs, materials, tools, training, and reporting.
- Assess existing programs, materials, training, and reports to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Participate in the design, development, and delivery of new programs, materials, training, and reporting supporting governance, workforce enablement, and tooling.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings within team.
- Perform research and analysis, supporting VMO efforts.
- Effectively organize documentation for ease of access by users.
