Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Project Manager position for a Fortune 15 company. Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to plans
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Manages the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies
The ideal candidate:
• 6 years of project management experience
• Experience managing 3-5 projects simultaneously
• Experience managing large ($5M ) ambiguous projects
• Any prior experience with Mergers & Acquisitions or SAP
• Proven experience managing projects with Jira, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
• Proven stakeholder management - who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure
• Proven Risk/Issue management experience
• Business acumen/partnership - how have you partnered vs. being a task master/overseer
• Ability to coach/mentor junior level project management resources
• PMP Certification a plus
• Experience with Vendor relationships, SOWs
