1. Minimum 5 years experience with Digital marketing (Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook).
2. Minimum 2 years' experience with Copy writing (have written copy before).
3. Minimum 2 years' experience with PowerPoint.
- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates with less than1 years in previous roles will not be eligible for the role. Also if they don't have digital marketing experience, they will not be eligible.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain advertising agency experience, B-C social media marketing (does not have to be tech), and 5-7 years in social media.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, ability to effectively communicate with partner teams, and meeting deadlines
