Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and implement preventive programs to optimize facility performance.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify issues while leading and mentoring maintenance staff in a collaborative environment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues while maintaining accurate maintenance and inventory records.
  • Work with other departments to plan maintenance while minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture within the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and inspection methods.
  • Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant maintenance or electrical certifications are a plus.
  • Expertise in preventive maintenance and inspections.
  • Experience in supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
