Key Responsibilities:
- Chaos Management: Successfully manage highly dynamic operations with constantly evolving schedules and project scopes.
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, execute, and continually adapt detailed multi-shift production schedules for optimal resource allocation and workload balance.
- Workflow Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles, identifying continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Supplier & Outsourcing Coordination: Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers, overseeing outsourced manufacturing processes and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Inventory & Materials Management: Optimize inventory levels with just-in-time (JIT) inventory strategies, reducing waste and aligning supply directly with production demands.
- Process Automation & Improvement: Identify opportunities for automating processes such as CNC programming and assembly, significantly enhancing throughput and reducing manual labor.
- Capacity & Space Planning: Proactively assess and forecast production capabilities, optimizing facility space, workforce allocation, and overall resource utilization.
- Permit & Regulatory Oversight: Coordinate permit acquisition and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and operational continuity.
- Equipment Maintenance & Planning: Oversee proactive maintenance programs and strategic capital equipment investments, maximizing uptime and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous quality management systems, performing root cause analyses and driving corrective actions to maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor budgets closely, identifying cost-saving initiatives while maintaining exceptional standards of operation and output quality.

Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or construction management, ideally within retail fixture manufacturing or millwork environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields).
- Expertise in production scheduling, lean manufacturing methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems for scheduling, inventory management, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership success managing diverse teams in multi-shift, high-pressure settings.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing international suppliers and outsourced processes.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and budget control.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in manufacturing environments.
