Responsibilities for Client Success Architect :
- Analyze and understand client’s business objectives and needs
- Set up your clients on the platform, ensure deliverables match client’s requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise and training for the platform
- Create technical designs and specifications
- Plan, coordinate and deliver on client projects, monitor and ensure that project deliverables, milestones and timelines are met
- Coordinate between various departments (including Engineering, Product Management, client facing team, Sales, and Support) to execute on client projects
- Define development methodologies and strategies to improve deliverables
- Support clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions
