They are in major growth mode and seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their startup NYC office! The role offers major growth, the ability to use client success skills (account management and upselling), a base salary, a bonus plan, and fantastic benefits!
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for your customer’s life cycle and wellbeing, as well as renewal rate. We are looking for a relationship builder, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for travel / hospitality!
Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager :
- Overall accountability for your customers’ success
- Present and travel to clients to deliver insights and build relationships
- Be the focal point : Develop and deliver analyses, reports, and QBRs
- Cross-sell and upsell products and handle hospitality accounts
- Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver retention and growth
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to improve products
- Maintain accurate Salesforce booking and risk forecasts
- Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of products and services
