Agility Technologies Inc is seeking an APEX Application Developer to support the Dept of Defense (DoD). Information Technology (IT) services supports DoD’s global contracting mission to the warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations. This office provides critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with applicable, secure technology solutions that will reduce and ultimately eliminate manual business processing and generate resource cost savings and efficiencies for the DoD enterprise.
Responsibilities
-Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities;
-Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex;
-Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL. Linux for data conversion, data migration;
-Adherence to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility;
-Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications;
-Maintain documentation on all work products;
-Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements;
-Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of professional experience of development in Oracle Application Express Development Version 5.0 or higher, Cobol and/or SQL.
-2 years of experience utilizing APEX.
-2 years of experience utilizing APEX.
- Current IAT Level II (Security CE).
Preferred Qualifications
-3 years of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL experience
-2 years of Experience with Native/Hybrid Mobile application development (Desired);
-1 years Experience with web development using HTML5, stylesheet, XSLT and JavaScript Desired;
-2 years of Experience with FOP report using Oracle Apex (Desired);
-5 years of Strong working experience with Oracle 12c database;
-3 years of Java Script experience including JQuery
-2 years of Test automation skills;
-Agile Development experience (desired)
-Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML); Collaborative Application Markup Language (CAML); Representational State Transfer (REST); C#’; Bootstrap; Excel Services, JAVA, CSS, JavaScript, Linux, RedHat and HTML
-Java Webstart experience
