Agilon Health seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the Manager of Risk Adjustment in the operations of Risk Adjustment programs.
The ideal candidate has experience with coding/HCC knowledge, customer service, and basic program support or management. Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with practice onboarding and tracking deliverables.
- Supports data needs, researches data issues, and works with enterprise and local data teams.
- Tracks physicians joining primary care teams.
- Assists and supports Risk Adjustment Manager on projects as needed.
Additionally, this role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in work product.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or office support.
- Preferred experience in healthcare operations or managed care products.
Education/Licensure:
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience required.
