About the Role
Based in our Alpharetta Georgia office and reporting into the Senior Vice President and General
Counsel, The Gaming Licensing Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of personnel gaming licenses across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This critical role involves overseeing license applications, renewals, and compliance reporting, while serving as the primary liaison between Agilysys and regulatory authorities.
Working closely with internal teams - such as Legal, Product Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams, the coordinator gathers necessary documentation and ensures that
licensing procedures are completed accurately and on time. The role requires an understanding of
gaming licensing or similar personnel licensing regulations and an ability to navigate complex legal
frameworks. Additionally, the Coordinator will proactively monitor regulatory developments, identify
compliance risks, and recommend strategies to mitigate them. Maintaining meticulous records, ensuring timely renewals, and managing interactions with licensed
employees and gaming regulators are essential aspects of the position. Strong communication and
organizational skills are critical to successfully balancing the diverse demands of the role.

License Application Process:
- Oversee and lead the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting gaming license
Researching and identifying the personnel licensing requirements for each jurisdiction,
ensuring full understanding of applicable laws and deadlines.
Coordinating with licensed personnel and internal stakeholders (Legal, Product
Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams) to gather necessary
documentation.
Completing and submitting license applications with precision, ensuring all required
materials are included and meet regulatory standards.
Maintaining a comprehensive calendar to track application deadlines, submission
timelines, and any follow-up requirements from regulators.
Documentation Management:
- Develop and implement a structured system for managing all gaming licenses, permits, and
Organizing digital and physical records for all gaming licenses in a centralized, secure
database.
Monitoring expiration dates and initiating renewal processes well in advance of
deadlines to ensure no lapses in compliance.
Regularly auditing the document management system to ensure completeness,
accuracy, and proper categorization of all licensing documents.
Coordinating with Legal to update documentation as new regulatory requirements
emerge.
- Continuously monitor the regulatory landscape for changes in licensing requirements. This

impact Agilysys and its personnel.
Communicating any changes in regulations to relevant internal stakeholders, providing
guidance on the implications of new laws, and ensuring compliance with updated
requirements.
Proactively identifying potential regulatory risks and developing strategies to mitigate
non-compliance risks, ensuring the company remains in good standing with all relevant
gaming authorities.
- Serve as a liaison between the Legal, Product Development, Professional Services, and Customer
reporting. Key tasks include:
Collaborating with the Legal team to ensure that all documents meet the necessary
legal standards and are appropriately formatted for submission.
Ensuring timely communication with cross-functional teams regarding the status of license
applications, any upcoming deadlines, or changes in regulatory requirements that could
impact service delivery timelines.
Acting as a bridge between operational teams and regulatory requirements, translating
complex legal or regulatory information into actionable steps for business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies. This role involves:
smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
Handling all inquiries from regulatory bodies regarding applications, providing additional
documentation, and clarifying any questions that may arise during the review process.
- Generate reports on the status of gaming licenses, renewals, compliance activities, and any
